What's New in Byos and Byosphere 6.0

Version 6.0 was released on April 22, 2026.

Version 6.0 introduces interactive theoretical digestion, the Multi-Protein Quantitation–DIA workflow for Byosphere (now with glycopeptide analysis and PEP scoring), and pI traces in Byosphere web analysis—plus folder-level signatures for autoprocessing, new trace-comparison tools, and sample metadata in Byosphere Dashboards.
