System Suitability for Data Confidence

A practical guide to ensuring your data is worth trusting

About This Webinar

How do scientists ensure that the data coming from their instruments is reliable before they even start an experiment? That’s where system suitability comes in. In this webinar, Michael Poltash from Janssen breaks down this essential but often overlooked topic in analytical science. From confirming retention time stability and mass errors to evaluating digest quality and tracking key CQAs like oxidation and deamidation, system suitability helps analysts validate instrument readiness and sample integrity before a single dataset is reviewed. This session is ideal for scientists, lab leads, and QA/QC professionals looking for a clear, actionable approach to generating high-quality, reproducible LC-MS data with confidence.

What you will learn:

  • How to implement system suitability protocols that verify instrument performance before sample analysis.
  • How to assess critical metrics to ensure data integrity and reproducibility.
  • How routine suitability testing streamlines root cause analysis and minimizes downtime.
  • How to strengthen analytical confidence through proactive system readiness checks.
